- 3 months of bank statements (checking & savings)
- Statements with current values of retirement funds, money market accounts, and/or trusts

The Roost is a co-living community designed and developed by Neiman Taber Architects, one of Seattle’s leading innovators in urban housing. Located in a neighborhood filled with arts institutions, the project was designed from the ground up as live-work housing, focused on goals of affordability, livability, community, support for the Arts, and sustainability.

Most of the units at The Roost are double-height spaces with a small bed loft, freeing up room on the main level for a workspace or living room furnishings and functioning like unique one-bedroom apartments.

We’re excited that a limited number of apartments at The Roost will be discounted for moderate-income households under Seattle’s “MFTE” affordable housing program. If your income is between $26,000 – $44,000 you may be eligible for reduced rent! Let our team know if you think you might qualify!
