MFTE: This apartment is income-restricted, a single occupant's gross income (before taxes) cannot exceed $48,289, and for two occupants, it cannot exceed $55,191 (50% AMI). We verify by collecting the following and then the city of Seattle verifies it with a special calculation:
- The past 3 months most recent paystubs
- If you do not have paystubs, we need whatever proof of income you are on (unemployment, SSI, disability, etc.)
- 3 months of bank statements (checking & savings)
- Statements with current values of retirement funds, money market accounts, and/or trusts
